A highlight from our 2024 project lineup is our exciting collaboration with Landmark Theatres, located on the iconic Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California. The objective of this renovation was to completely reimagine their dated reception area and transform it into a vibrant bar and lounge space—one that would resonate with the modern movie-going experience while staying true to the cultural pulse of its legendary location.

What made this project particularly unique was the scope. In addition to designing and fabricating a custom fixed seating installation, the project also called for a substantial amount of loose furniture—each piece needing to contribute to the overall look, comfort, and flow of the space. Our talented designer, Karen Wong, took the lead in curating and sourcing all the lounge furniture required for the expansive layout. From statement pieces to subtle accents, every selection was made with intention, ensuring the space would feel both stylish and inviting.

The result is a modern, elevated environment that seamlessly blends function and flair—perfectly suited to one of Hollywood’s most iconic entertainment destinations.
