During the pandemic, we had the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Factory Tea Bar on several exciting projects across the Los Angeles area. This partnership included the build-out of LA’s very first Boba Karaoke Bar—an innovative concept that blended social entertainment with the beloved boba experience. In addition, we furnished three of their other locations, including Granada Hills, Duarte, and their flagship store in San Gabriel.

Our lead designer, Karen Wong, played a pivotal role in shaping the interior design of the San Gabriel location. Her vision helped transform the once-dated space into a warm, inviting environment tailored to the community it serves. The new design strikes a perfect balance between comfort and style—creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for students and locals looking to relax, study, or catch up over a cup of boba tea and their favorite snacks. The result is a welcoming space that reflects Factory Tea Bar’s playful, youthful energy while elevating the customer experience.
